All non-warranty returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase and the product must be returned in its original and unused condition.
We do not offer direct exchanges, so if you are looking for a different product, please place another order on SmokenProducts.com for your replacement item.
Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.
Refunds will take approximately 2-3 weeks from the date received. A confirmation email will be sent when the refund is issued.
Please allow 5-10 business days from when the confirmation email is sent for the refund to fully process.
Shipping charges are not refundable.

Orders placed for Next Day delivery service before 12PM CST will ship out the same day and will arrive the following day (excluding holidays and weekends.)
